Account Payee: “Surein Foundation” send the bank-in slip with the completed《Donation Form 》by

Remarks:

• Donation receipts will be issued for donations of HKD100 or above. The donation is tax deductible in The Hong Kong SAR.​

• The personal data you provide is used to process donations, issue receipts and mail the latest news of the Foundation. They will be kept confidential.
